Orders Cancelled (If Applicable)

If you want to cancel the order, please contact our customer service (Email: [email protected]) as soon as possible. Before the goods are sent out, usually within 1-3 business days, we can cancel the order for you. But if we have already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. You can only apply for a return refund after receiving the product. For details, please refer to our Return Policy.


You will always be provided with a tracking number. Usually will be shipped in 1-3 business days. If it is a pre-sale product or a product that is out of stock, we will contact you by email to ask you to agree to extend the time limit of our commitment.

Shipping Cost

The shipping time is calculated by using business days and delays may be caused by force majeure, natural disasters, inclement weather, public holidays, and factors out of our control. Ebikecore offers Expedited Shipping, and we will choose DHL, DPD, UPS and other companies as our logistics contractors. The specific situation will be based on the cost and whether the logistics company supports delivery, etc. to select the logistics contractor.

1) Expedited Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 business day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

Not Support Delivery

Some countries and regional logistics carriers will not support delivery, such as the Spanish Islands (Zip Code 35-38), Ceuta and Melilla (Zip Code 51/52), Germany involving Bussingen (Zip Code 78263 to 78266), Livigno (Zip Code 23030) and Campione (Zip Code 22060) and DPD cannot be delivered to Packstation's address. Except for the countries and regions listed in the table above, we do not support delivery to other countries or regions. If you find that we cannot support delivery after placing an order, we will notify you and cancel our order, which will not charge you any fees.

About Tax

You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, duty, customs or other governmental taxes, levies or fees (“Taxes”) due with respect to your purchase of products or services through our Services. Under normal circumstances, we will not charge any taxes. If the product arrives at the local customs and is subject to taxes and fees, the taxes and fees shall be borne by the customer.


Q:For purchases from EU warehouses, will there be any change compared to the situation before 1 July? If so, what?
It is safe for European warehouses. There is no change.

Q:Will the amount of VAT be indicated on the products pages?
EBIKECORE currently has no plans to include taxes and fees in product or logistics costs. Product prices and logistics costs remain unchanged. Since all of our ebikes are stocked in EU warehouses, No tax risk, please rest assured to buy.

Q:Will there be any other changes compared to the situation before 1 July?
Nothing has changed at the moment. For EBIKECORE, we must do our best to keep customers’ rights and interests from harm, so we will not make any changes for the time being.
