1. Q: Do I have to register an account to place an order?

    A: No, you don't need it. We support ordering in guest mode and member mode.

2. Q: Why should I register as a member?

    A: Become a member and you can directly track your order information. In order to better give back to members, we may send some preferential information regularly.

3. Q: How do I register as a member?

    A: You can register as our member according to the following process.

Step 1: Click on the menu bar in the upper right corner

Step 2: Click Create Account at the bottom

Step 3: After filling in the corresponding information and clicking Create Account.

1. Q: Why are your prices so low?

    A: Firstly, We are the authorized retailer and can obtain the lowest selling price. Secondly, we only do online sales, so we operate at a lower overhead than a retail store. For example, we do not employ any sales staff or alterations department, all of which add to the cost of operation. Since we do not need to accommodate these costs, we can pass all the savings onto our customers.

2. Q: Do you offer a wholesale discount?

    A: We do offer discounts to our customers who buy in bulk. We are appreciated for your inquiry through Customer Service.

1. Q: How do I place an order?

    A: Simply choose your color/size/option from the dropdown menu on the product page, then click the "Add To Cart" OR "Buy it Now" button and proceed to checkout.

2. Q: What currency is used on ebikecore.com?

    A: All of our prices displayed on our website are in EUR (Euro). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issues & processes the transaction.

Shipping & Exchange

1. Q: Do you ship from the EU?

    A: Yes, we do. We offer FREE shipping via FedEx or DPD to Some Europe for most products. Please notice that we are not responsible for any local taxes or customs fees that would be imposed by your country.

2. Q: When will I receive my items after I place an order?

    A: Generally, you can receive your order within 3-10 business days for Expedited Shipping.

3. Q: Can I exchange or return my order?

About EU VAT

1. Q: For purchases from EU warehouses, will there be any change compared to the situation before 1 July? If so, what?

    A: It is safe for European warehouses. There is no change.

2. Q:Will the amount of VAT be indicated on the products pages?
    A: EBIKECORE currently has no plans to include taxes and fees in product or logistics costs. Product prices and logistics costs remain unchanged. Since all of our bikes are stocked in EU warehouses, No tax risk, please rest assured to buy.

3. Q:Will there be any other changes compared to the situation before 1 July?
    A: Nothing has changed at the moment. For EBIKECORE, we must do our best to keep customers’ rights and interests from harm, so we will not make any changes for the time being.

1.Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A:PayPal: If you have a PayPal account, you can pay directly by logging into your PayPal
account. If you do not have a PayPal account, please pay with PayPal accepted credit
cards. PayPal accepts credit cards are: Visa, MasterCard/Maestro, American
Express.

2. Q: Is it safe to use my debit card online?
A: Protecting your order information is important to us. We use the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information. SSL encryption is a method by which information is encrypted while being transmitted over the Internet.

3. Q: Is there a charge for sales tax?
A: There is no charge for sales tax on all orders. Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers.

4. Q: Why my payment was taken but the status of the order in my account shows pending?
A: Above speaking, after the order payment was completed the status of your order will show Processing, and will not change again until you receive your order. If it shows pending, please contact customer service via email or online chat to check if your Payment has been completed.
